A production line that remembers every board.

Krencz IT builds MES and traceability software for electronics manufacturers. Scroll to follow one board through an SMT line, and see what our software records at every station.

Identity, burned in at the first station.

Before anything else touches the board, a laser marks a unique DataMatrix code on it. From here on, every scan, measurement and decision attaches to that code: not to a batch, a shift or a spreadsheet row.

What we record at LM-1

Paste goes on. The lot goes on record.

The stencil, the paste lot and its time out of the fridge are checked before printing. Solder paste inspection results land on the same serial, so a bad joint found later can be traced back to the print that made it.

What we record at SP-1

Every reel is checked before a part is placed.

Feeder setups are verified by scan against the placement program. Wrong reel, wrong slot or an expired moisture-sensitive part stops the machine before the mistake is made, and every reel lot that goes onto the board is written to it.

What we record at PP-1

Every board remembers the heat it went through.

The oven records what each board actually met on its way through: the temperature in every zone, its peak, and how long the solder stayed liquid. If a zone drifts, you get the exact serials that were inside at that moment, not a whole shift to quarantine.

What we record at RO-1

A board that fails stops itself.

Inspection results are tied to the serial and the route is enforced. A board with an open defect cannot be scanned into the next station until it has been reviewed, repaired and inspected again.

What we record at AOI-1

A genealogy you can search in one second.

Functional test results, the firmware version and the packing step close the record. Search a serial, or a reel lot, and follow the chain forwards and backwards, all the way to the boxes that shipped.

What we record at FCT-1

One line, one view, as it happens.

The same records feed the MES: work orders, station status, yield and downtime, visible on the shop floor and in the office. Through validated interfaces they also reach your ERP, warehouse and quality systems.

Next: the software behind it

Software that follows the real operation

What you just scrolled through is what we build: software designed on the shop floor, around how your boards actually move.

MES and production control

Work instructions, operation status and production facts in one system designed for the shop floor. Operators see what to build next; leads see where the line is waiting and why.

  • Work orders released to the right line and station
  • Station status, waiting reasons and downtime
  • Setup verification and route enforcement

End-to-end traceability

Serial, lot, material, machine program, measurement and rework data in one searchable product genealogy. Answer a customer complaint or scope a recall from one search box.

  • Serial and lot tracking from material receipt to shipment
  • Forward and backward search on any serial or reel lot
  • Rework and repeat inspection kept on the same record

Machine and test-data integration

SMT, AOI, SPI, ICT, functional-test and custom-equipment data brought into one production context, captured once and validated where it is created.

  • Machine results linked to the serial automatically
  • Test logs parsed, stored and searchable
  • Interlocks that stop a board, not a spreadsheet

And around them

  • Quality and production genealogy

Measurements, defect codes, repairs and approvals tied to the exact product and process step.

  • Workflow and system integration

Validated data captured once and exchanged between ERP, warehouse, production and quality systems.

  • Custom industrial software

Where your manufacturing process is a competitive advantage, the software follows the real operation.

Built beside your line, not in a slide deck.

  1. We walk the line with you

We start at the stations, the machines and the handovers where data gets lost today, and agree on one measurable problem to solve first.

  2. One line goes live first

A bounded pilot on a real line, with real boards and your operators, connected to the equipment and systems you already run.

  3. Rollout on your terms

Further lines, stations and integrations follow once the pilot has proven itself. We stay on to support and extend what we built.

A trace that breaks between two stations, a handover done on paper, a test result nobody can find. Tell us where it hurts and we will tell you honestly whether software fixes it.
