Inspection
Optical inspection looks at every joint. The station records what the machine found, what the operator decided, and makes sure a board with an open defect cannot move on.
Where the data comes from
- Camera head
- Every call is stored with its image, position and component reference.
- Review station
- The operator verdict is recorded with who made it and when.
