Máté started Krencz IT as a university student and sole trader. In practical courses and internships he saw the same pattern again and again: small and medium-sized companies patching their digital gaps with compromises instead of solving them.
In 2022 he founded Krencz IT Kft. to give those companies software built around their own processes. He led the company's change of focus from IT operations to end-to-end digitalisation and its own products: the Rapid family for business management and manufacturing, and software for production lines.
He believes digitalisation starts with understanding the process, not with a box of software: first make the work transparent, then code it, then let the data improve it.
