Pasztanyomtatás
Most solder defects start at the printer. The station records which paste and which stencil printed each board, and how the paste inspection judged the result.
Where the data comes from
- Stencil and squeegee
- Stencil ID, print count, pressure and speed for every print.
- Paste cartridge
- The paste lot is scanned when it is loaded, and its open time starts counting.
- Operator screen
- Shows the paste life left and the last inspection result.
What we record at SP-1

Checks at this station
Rules the station applies before a board moves on. Which ones run on your line is agreed with production and quality.
- Paste within its life
- Paste past its time out of the fridge, or from an expired lot, cannot be loaded.
- The stencil for this product
- A scanned stencil that does not belong to the work order stops the print.
- A failed SPI stays here
- A board that fails paste inspection is held at the transfer until it is cleaned and printed again.

This is the line the station adds to the record of the board, the same record that follows it through the whole line.
