The last station proves the board works, loads its firmware and packs it. After this, the record of the unit is complete and searchable from both ends.
Where the data comes from
- Test fixture
- The fixture ID and every measured value, with its limits.
- Instrument rack
- Instruments and the firmware image used for this unit.
- Operator screen
- Pass or fail, the retest count, and the box the unit goes into.
What we record at FCT-1

Checks at this station
Rules the station applies before a board moves on. Which ones run on your line is agreed with production and quality.
- Only passed units are packed
- A unit without a passing test cannot be scanned into a box.
- Retests are limited
- After the agreed number of retests, the unit goes to repair instead of another try.

This is the line the station adds to the record of the board, the same record that follows it through the whole line.
